HOW IT WORKS:

Enroll in the program and pay a monthly program cost of $199 (minimum required, you can contribute more if your budget allows for it) that can be applied to any treatment or product we offer at H2T OR it can banked for any treatment at a later date.  As a special offer, if you enroll for a monthly budget of $249 or more, we will give you 20 units of Botox FREE!
